All items in this shop are already offered in a box - clear or white.

CERAMIC ORNAMENTS ARE FOR DISPLAY ONLY and are NOT toys. They are not to be handled by young children. If dropped on hard surface (such as tiled floor) ornaments may crack or break. Please HANDLE WITH CARE.

Shipping boxes are sturdy cardboard and standard-sized for a "small packet air" through Canada Post.


Additional gift wrapping service is offered at the check-out.
Your item will be wrapped in paper and tied with a ribbon. A card with your message will be added to the package.
Please specify occasion and YOUR MESSAGE to the Recipient so we can include that with your gift.

My usual processing time is about 1-3 business days.

Personalization usually adds a day of processing to already "ready to ship" items.

During busy holiday season though, please understand that this might increase, depending on the number of orders I receive through selling channels.

SPECIAL NOTE:
Due to ongoing Canada Post National Union strike, I will ship all orders through UPS only for now.
According to UPS, their standard service to US and Canada will take between 3 to 7 business days, and world wide delivery 5-12 days depending on the location.

Hopefully, UPS will minimize any delays due to this increased demand... but i will appreciate your patience if such delay occurs. Thank you.

Retail orders at regular price greater than $100 USD (or $120 CAD) SHIP FREE through standard tracked shipping in Canada and US.

There are multiple shipping options available for different level of service at the checkout (depended on your country).

Ceramic ornaments are personalized by handwriting in a contrasting color pen. After that the ornament is varnished again so the handwriting is preserved.

The placement and size of personalization is dictated by the design and availability of flat surface. The embossed texture of ornament sometimes prevents personalization on the front. In such case the name and year will be written on the back, which is painted as well.
This way the ornaments look presentable even on bare branches.

The items purchased in this shop are all unique by default.
Ornaments are completely formed and painted by hand, and in small editions.
Being handmade they will naturally have slight variations in comparison to their photo representation. Please allow minor differences and imperfections.

Personalized orders CAN NOT be returned as they can not be resold. Thank you for understanding.

Items that were not personalized however can be returned within 30 days of delivery if you are not happy with your purchase.
Yes, I will process your refund with no questions asked!
You will need to cover the "shipping back" costs though and return your purchase in the original condition. Please contact me through messaging first though if you intend to do so.
